「December 31st-January 1st was great It's February 4th to the 5th I didn't even get a room and I asked if there was a room available on the first floor before I booked it and payed protection so I didn't lose it and I got there and only the top floor was available 」

「This hotel is very old. There is a musty smell in it! And the space is very small. Bedding burned by smoke」

「The room was very nice. The staff was amazing!! Shakira checked us in after a long trip and was so nice the entire time. Front Desk girls were always greeting us with big smiles and plans for the day and Zee made us feel like family. But honestly all the staff was great. Zee was the absolute best ever from fulfilling all the needs to tips and tricks of the area. The lobby area and breakfast was great, fully stocked and spacious. Kids welcome. Our granddaughter was treated like a movie star....

「the only complaint that i had was that the toilet and the bathroom counter were way too low. that has nothing to do with service, the service and the room itself were great. i would stay there again and again.」
