"The staff was really nice, the lady that checked us in was very nice and humorous, and the lady that checked us out the next morning was also very nice and very helpful. I like the fact that when I called the guy I talked to you, spoke English when we checked in. She spoke English when we checked out she spoke English. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that some idiot decided to light M 80s late at night, but that is no reflection on best Western. They can’t control idiots."
