「The hotel is conveniently located in great area within walking distance to shopping and dining. 10 minute walk to the beach right along promenade de Anglais. My only issue was with the lack of help with luggage upon arrival up 4 flights of stairs. While it was mentioned briefly in the description, it was not very clear as it was communicated as “ 4 steps to entrance” when in fact you have to carry your luggage up 4 flights in your own to get to the actually hotel door. 「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. 「Only positive this about this hotel is the location. Close to everything. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. Barely could fit in the room with 2 adults and 2 bags. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the hallway, to outside, to the next door room. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities basically. Room was generally updated, though just ok. 1 elevator for the hotel. You have to pay for your own water. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. I would not stay here...
