「We came across this hotel by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. 「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. 「沒有電梯，不適合有大件行李的人。設備有些地方有損壞（浴室門把）。房間沒有熱水壺要到公共區拿回房間用後再拿回去放（公共區沒辦法裝水所以無法煮水）房間滿大的，老房子改建頗有趣。飯店很難見到員工，有問題時比較難及時得到回應。」

「I booked a room with balcony and they gave me a small messy room in the first day. I was changed to a bigger room on the next day. The room was on the ground floor. The so called 'balcony' is the garden and the room was just next to the restaurant. I was woked up on 4 am everyday by the noises and the whole stay was terrible! Surely won't choose this hotel again!」

「房間雖然不大，但房間廁所都很清潔，每日都有打掃，早餐也蠻豐盛的。缺點是容易聽到隔壁的開門聲，以及浴室的水槽容易積水」

「員工非常友善，環境很美、咖啡也非常好喝床非常舒服，附近也非常方便，唯一比較需要改善的應該是浴室的排水，尤其他們浴室水壓又比較大，感覺洗5分鐘地板就快淹水了」
