There is no room cleaning. You should be aware you will need to make your own bed and clean your own room. For a hotel this seems new or out of the ordinary.

Nice place

Perfect place to visit this beautiful area (close to the villa Kerylos), large choice of good restaurants. I will definitely book there the next time I'll be in the area.

We loved our stay at the Residence Carlton. A perfect spot to make home base for a few days exploring the area around Nice. Convenient, clean and close to rail lines and bus service. Great find!

Had a nice stay. Everything was new and fresh. Would have appreciated to have some basic spices in the apartment like salt and pepper. Otherwise, a great vacation place. Perfect with parking at the premises.

The location of the property is hard to beat. Close to the nice beach, bus stops, train station, many restaurants. Our studio was simple, but clean and specious. For the price it was our first choice.

Nice quiet hotel with excellent staff

The hotel is nicely located in a very peaceful and quiet area but still very close to the train station and bus. Restaurants near by. The staff was very helpful to us. Breakfast was ok with cold cuts and eggs you can boil yourself. Extra thanks to good toilet paper. I will stay again.

Lovely town. Walkable to beach, station, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. The apartments are a little tired but they are very spacious and the two receptionist/managers were so friendly and helpful. Any requests for items were dealt with immediately. The small garden area could be better looked after and more inviting.

It’s a great property for family. We were given a studio at basement with kitchen facilities. We did our laundry in the laundry room too. Aircon is working really well too. All were good except for some flies. We closed the sliding door and that solves the issue.

Location was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the unit needs significant updating and attention to detail re: repairs and maintenance ( unit had lightbulbs missing, broken tile in bathroom) Also would have appreciated the shower head being attached to the wall as difficult for ‘older people’ to get in and out of the tub & use hand held nozzle. Patio area should be thoroughly cleaned & indoor chairs were stained. The unit needs a ‘makeover’ !

Not close to what one would expect !!!!

Didn't meet the standards or promises made in their property details Parking is inadequate for the size of property 9 spaces for a 30 room property No laundry available, was when I booked Wifi was so slow it was unworkable To overcome the parking I was directed to a small patch of rough ground owned by the property, the unfortunate problem was it was the area that dog walker's used! and in order to protect the area someone would lay a heavy chain over the entrance including my car bonnet ⁸

5 o’clock I would love to say that we had some kind of service, but we did not. We arrived at the hotel luckily before 5 PM and we were checked in. They did not offer extra keys for the additional guest the emergency number that I was given because no one is at the desk after 5 PM did not work. I chose Air Conditioning as one of my amenities. He did not have working. Air Conditioning had no change of towels for three days that we were there had to go looking for them and found them in a closet that should have been on lockdown. Had no washcloths. Room was not clean, mold all over tub. If you want no accommodations no concierge no help then the hotel is OK but don’t expect anything.. breakfast was not good. Don’t anticipate actual breakfast. Just a lot of bread.
