Comfortable small hotel with an elevator and a/c. Clean remodeled room with very nice styled toilet plus sink and separate shower room. Old charm with modern comforts. Friendly accommodating staff. Located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shopping and trams. No sea view but it is within walking distance.

First off, our room was not clean. There were someone’s used lashes on the nightstand, hair strands over the floor and bed. Makeup marks on the sheets. When I contacted the front desk, they advised me there was nothing they could do about it housekeeping was gone for the day and no other room they could switch me too. Been here several times and always a pleasure. Well located to get to: the airport, the train station, the beach, shopping, old town all reachable by foot in a few minutes. Sparkling and still water as well as coffee and tea are available for free at the reception. Has become my go to every year i am visiting.

The hotel was easy to find, it's in a walkable area, and the staff are great. The room itself was quite small (not much room to walk around the bed) and the shower in the bathroom was TINY. But it was nicely decorated, the breakfast each morning was nice, and you're only a few minutes walk from the tourist areas. Great value for money.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Nice and absolutely loved this hotel! The best part about it is the location, it is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and is only a short 10 min walk to the heart of Old Town and the beach. It’s also a short walk to the train station which was so convenient when travelling to other cities. The rooms were spacious enough and the service was wonderful. Our room also came with free breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was super convenient. There was also a free coffee and water station which was so nice not having to buy water! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend it to other travellers to Nice who want a good location for a reasonable price!

Good location and nice staff

It is quite a small room and the view was nothing special, but it was clean and the bed was good. Great central location and close to the Jean Medecin tram station with direct access to the airport. Good value for money!

Nice hotel close to old town and beach. Trolly line on main street next to hotel. Great coffee and bread store nearby. Hotel held my luggage for 3 days between trips which was nice. Rooms are very tight w queen bed and shower as well. Could use smaller bed to make room to walk around room

Great location. Only issue we had was returning to our room to find that someone had consumed our wine and left the paper cup on the shelf in the bathroom. The response from the manager was unremarkable and nothing was said during our checkout.
