"Very friendly staff"

"We were in NOTL for the Icewine Festival and had a wonderful stay with this property. It's a very short walk to the icewine village on Queen Street, the room and the view of the lake from our room were fantastic, and breakfast was super tasty. Mary-Clare was very helpful and prompt with replying to my messages/ questions about check-in and parking. We especially appreciated the early check-in without any extra charges. It helped us settle in much sooner and plan our weekend better as we were visiting different wineries and had made dinner plans with a group of friends. The woman in the dining area was really friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a memorable stay, which greatly contributed to a terrific weekend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Harbour House. I mentioned ahead of time that we were visiting to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to leave a lovely little card and treat in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the trip feel extra special. The hotel itself was cozy, peaceful, and in a perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Room was quite warm with limited ability ability to control temperature. Reservation did not identify that breakfast would be in the room and there was limited space on which to eat it"

"Our originally booked room was unavailable due to a broken pipe, owners were very apologetic and offered us a few choices to stay, rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was also very good"
