첫째날에 예약한 방이 준비가 안되었다며 1박은 업그레이드 룸으로 가고 다음날 다시 원래 예약한 객실로 이동했습니다. 그런데 업그레이드 한 방이 더 안좋았어요. 전체적으로 청결도도 떨어집니다. 리셉션과 레스토랑 직원들도 매우 불친절해요. 재방문 절대 안해요.

El check-in es eterno por las dimensiones del hotel y la organización, el almacén de equipajes no tiene ningún tipo de control. La piscina espectacular de la azotea que enseñan las fotos no es de libre acceso (la del hotel está en la planta 6). Hay que pagar a parte. Por lo demás, ubicación perfecta y la habitación de lujo

The location is unbeatable right across from the beach and close to everything. The room was clean, bright, and had a small balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee. The infinity pool on the rooftop was the highlight of our stay.

One thing I appreciated was how fast they responded when I asked for something. I needed an iron, and they brought it up in five minutes. Also, when I asked for a second pillow, it arrived without delay. It shows they actually listen and care.

"Mới dẫn ba mẹ đi chơi Nha Trang, chọn khách sạn này vì thấy gần biển. Phòng sạch, rộng, có ban công ngắm hoàng hôn siêu đẹp 😍 Ba mẹ mình khó tính mà cũng khen nên khá yên tâm.

Terrible communication when messaging the property about my arrival time, no reply and then when I did arrive they did not have my room ready and I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. No offer to wait somewhere more comfortable or any complementary items to apologise for the inconvenience

Mauvaise description de l’hôtel appartement

Très decu par cet hôtel qui d’ailleurs n’en est pa s un puisque ceux sont ds appartements. Du coup pour avoir accès à la piscine sur le toit qui est le point fort et interessant de cette annonce et bien il faut payé (23€ pour deux adultes et un enfant). Ce n’est pas une fortune mais cela n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce sur votre site. C’est la première fois que je dois payer pour avoir accès à la piscine sur le toit. Je décommande cette offre que d’ailleurs devrait être reformuler pour éviter cela

False marketing

I expected an infinity pool as this is how they sell the hotel. You can only use the pool on the top if you are vip. The staff was stressed and not so attentive. There was ants in the room, so we got another room which was fine. The location is good, but I would not recommend the hotel because of the false marketing.

There was no phone in the room. Called thru web site for services and there were no answer. Broken cabinet was in the room. Tried to order a drink around the reception area, the service member ignored and did not take my order.. I went out and ordered the drink. Checked out took 25 minutes. I have to went back at the counter to get the serviced desk team member to get services. There was other customer cut in line. Team member would ignore me and went out of her way to served the individual who skipped the line. The was no follow up when there was a fault fire alarm. This is not the services that I would recommend.

Flawless Victory

Absolutely terrific hotel. Large comfortable modern room, excellent location near the beach, fast internet, stunning views, helpful staff. Don't miss the buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor for $8.

A rather poor overall experience. CHECK IN - Check in opens at 2pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and joined the massive queue for check in. We were told our room would not be ready until 3:15pm which was annoying as we were traveling with 2 very young children. LIFTS - We spent an endless amount of time trying to find space in one of the 10 lifts that this hotel has. On many an occasion, lifts door would open and the lift would be full. Although there are 10 lifts, this simply is not enough for the amount of rooms / people this hotel accommodates for. ROOM - Clean and tidy. LOCATION- Good centrally loacted position for Nha Trang. CHECK OUT - Upon check out you join the massive queue (a running theme with this hotel), all guest are asked to wait 10 minutes before room deposits are released. The most chaotic check out process i have every encountered. BEWARE - To use the roof top pool / visit the sun deck, you have to pay a daily fee even if you are staying at the hotel. This is not advertised on the Expedia website which is frustrating. In addition the "free pool" loacted on level 6, closes at 5pm every day. Overall a disappointing stay, let down by a poor check in / check out process (staff numbers) and not enough lifts for the amount of people that are staying at the hotel.

まずチェックイン時に部屋が予約されていませんと言われ30分ほど揉めました。最終的に予約されておりましたがスタッフの方も予約されていないの一旦張りで大変困りました。また部屋にあるトイレを一度流すと10分以上水が貯まらず大変不便です。 21階に宿泊したのですが窓からの騒音が酷く、眠れない日がありました。翌日に部屋の清掃がなく、タオル交換がなかったため困りました。チェックアウト時、デポジットの返金に10分以上待たされました。 6階にあるプールは無料ですが、写真に写っている屋上のプールは有料と言われました。周りには美味しいレストランやマッサージ、ナイトマーケットがあり大変便利でした。目的によって良し悪しはあるかと思いますが、我々大人2名子供2名のファミリーには向いていませんでした。
