value for money
We got our room upgrade to full sea view room and that's really a plus. room is decent and clean. It's well located in the downtown and right in front of the long beach, and sunbeds are reserved for use. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under maintenance and cars roaring in the main road facing the hotel can be quite noisy during the day.

The room is big enough for about 3-5 people , but it is not allow to bring street snacks like seafood and fruits back to hotel.The service is quite good,they will give you a city map

we got free upgrade for the room, very nice seaview and the staff r very helpful and friendly, location is good which near skylight bar , night mrk and shopping mall , breakfast is gd n theres some local tour can be booked in the hotel lobby, and the exchange currancy rate is higher than airport which surprised us !

Nice Hotel at the center of Nha Trang
Location is perfect. Beach just across the road. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Before check in i email hotel to set up the room for my anniversary day, hotel provides me flowers, cake, wine and room set up with a cheap price (compare to my previous experience and prices in HK). And the hotel staffs help me set up the room when we having dinner outside, so that i can give surprise to my girl. Thanks! Very recommended!

靠近海灘，近市中心，早餐選擇波，很好的酒店！職員都很幫忙，留下了電話在大堂，三分鐘後發現回來，職員已幫我保管在接待處！值得一讚！

海灘最前排中間位置的飯店
房間設計很別緻，喜歡面海大陽台，在海灘第一排中間的位置view非常好。飯店服務人員非常親切，英語溝通很流暢，熱心回答所有疑難雜症。早餐好吃。可免費late check out。 唯一缺點是熱水不夠熱，擁有很棒的浴缸卻無熱水可泡澡。 車流量很大，過馬路到海灘要注意安全，如果有人協助引導會更好。

地點極優、價比性高
海景房景觀很好，坐在露台可欣賞全海景及日出，唯一不理想的是泳池很細。 酒店職員英語溝通能力很好，服務亦佳，十分貼心。入住時有職員主動問回程航班時間，跟着為我們延遲退房時間至下午二時。旅遊期間有同伴生病了，該職員會為我們把病徵用越南文字寫下，方便我們買藥。餐廳職員知道同伴不適，立即從廚房奉上薑茶，又另外預備一些薑，讓他帶上房間沖飲。我們較早前預約了sen spa按摩，還付了按金，因為同伴病了希望可取消。酒店職員為我們跟sens spa溝通，不單可全數退回按金，還說可由酒店職員幫我們去取回，最後還是由sens spa派人把按金送到酒店。最後一天有同伴生日，酒店還在我們吃早餐時奉上蛋糕。一切貼心接待令我們十分難忘，一定要讚！

I suggest this hotel for all of you. We went to hotel about 6:00 am, and we asked about early check in, we already thought it is not impossible to get it, but the staff said we can early check in and change the room type ( family room on top floor) for us. The service is very good. The sea view is amazing!!!!!! we will stay again when we travel again.=]

地點方便只需過條馬路就到海灘，因為芽莊交通情況比較糟糕， 每次過來對面海灘時工作人員都會主動引領我們安全過馬路。前台Miss Phuong 亦非常熱心， 推薦我們有不同的的景點好味又便宜的餐廳 ，此次旅程非常感謝他的推介。 在最後一天因為時間問題就在酒店按摩 ，說來我們被按摩的經驗，覺得似家的~真的真的不適合我們的骨精享用。雖然價錢比一般酒店式按摩師便宜，但質素就真是一般般哦

視野很好,休假很愉快!
四晚的住宿床很舒適,早餐每天沒多大改變,不過水果汁多樣化很了不起,粉面也每天變化, 足夠的.只是廁所上方的抽風機沒有動作,每天早上都提出,直到第五天退房時也沒有改進,可能是抽風的聲音太靜了吧!!
