我住在18樓但係夜間酒吧聲都 傳到上嚟， 大約一點先至冇。 我住ocean view 房間，但係海景少量。 我看見有入住房間有 果盤， 但係我們沒有。 冷氣瞓到半夜就自動熄， 被熱醒。 早餐選擇少， 我到芽莊住了七天酒店， 整體這一間比較差。

服務十分好，入住時遇上生日會送蛋糕，所有職員都面帶微笑，酒店内的早餐很好，每天菜色都有變化，不會悶，位置更是超正，有很多餐廳在附近，斜對面就是Sinh Tourist，參加當地遊很方便。

宣称是四星级酒店，但给人感觉只是快捷酒店而已，房间密不透风，导致室内空气混浊，气味很不好。管家也没有认真清理房间，我们用过的沐浴露和拖鞋都原封不动地放着。床比较低矮，睡眠体验不好，预订的海景房，也只能看到一个角落的海景而已，总之总体感觉不好，跟房价不匹配

很糟糕的酒店
非常不滿意的住宿，早上一起來發現小孩留了鼻血把床舖染了些血跡，我就通知前台小姐們，她們就找人拍下照片，說酒店如果洗不乾淨血跡，就會送出去專業店舖洗，如也洗不乾淨就需要賠償2000000盾，和心想白色的床舖血跡用漂白水一洗已經很乾淨，所以不太理會，怎知道第二天起來前台小姐打電話來我客房說床舖拿了出去洗也不乾淨需要賠款，我回答前台小姐拿床舖回我客房，我親自幫她洗乾淨，前台小姐說床舖不能那出去找專業的洗衣店洗，怕洗壞床舖必須自己洗，那麼我也沒辦法只好自己洗，我立即去市場買漂白水回來自己洗，漂白水倒下去手一動已經㓗白，差不多洗完，前台小姐又打電話來客房，說經理知道我們不是故意弄污糟只需要付專業洗衣店款項就可以400000盾，沒辦法只好付400000盾，我自己用漂白水很容易洗掉的血跡，為什麼酒店和專業洗衣店也洗不掉血跡，如果這不是騙局是什麼?四星級酒店沒有漂白水嗎？

關於liberty central hotel，最理想的是它的地點。方圓一公里內可以找到許多吃跟逛的地方，且若要搭計程車至較遠處玩，計程車就在門口等候，立時就可上車，很方便。建議短程可以多使用計程車跳表計價。但若很遠，例如機場，就建議找可以議價的計程車，因為議價大約300000VND即可，若計程就會貴到翻倍。

Good hotel
This is the second times I come back and accommodate at Liberty Central hotel. Very good location. Sea view, private beach, good breakfast, nice staff and drinks I come back with my family and stay 3 nights 4 days here. All my family members like this hotel. we could not compare it with 5-stars hotels but it has the services, facilities that are super, value for money. Clean environment, good swimming pool with few ppls therefore very quiet environment especially on Club Floor. Sometimes noisy in lobby area because large parties arrived and it has comparatively small lobby.

It's a nice hotel with nice view! Staff are good and willing to listen and answer your questions very patiently. Also, I asked them to extend the check out time and they fine with this! Very thoughtful!

A great hotel with affordable price!
Some problem when checking in, they couldn't find our booking, but the staff were very nice and friendly ask us to wait with some complimentary drinks. Location is great, the beach is just a few minutes walk away! Rooftop bar was awesome, too. We have the lounge access but it's better to go to downstairs to have breakfast in the large area, they still have one private area for executive floor guest, but more food choices there.

Convenient Hotel with Nice Staff and Nice Services
We spent 3 nights in this hotel in Oct 2017. It is so convenient to go everywhere as the hotel located in downtown of Nha Trang. Many famous restaurants, convenient stores and Nha Trang Beach are all within walking distance. The hotel provides free sun bed and towel to the hotel guests by simply showing the room card at the beach. The room is tidy and comfortable. The staff in front desk showed their hospitality in high standard, check-in (with welcome drink) and check-out services are very nice. One demerit only is that the variety of food for breakfast is inadequate and quite boring.

Poor staff - selfish and money oriented
1. bellboy was waiting in my room for tips but he did not help me to take my languages! 2. I knew the hotel has exchange service which is very good rate so I went to the hotel and tell him to exchange money. The first staff said only people who stay in the hotel can enjoy the good rate, I understood and explain to him that we would stay in the next day and show the booking detail. The first staff said ok, however, the other front line staff did not allow. First, I wonder why the staff have different opinion towards the same thing. it is supposed that the policy is state clearly in the 4 star hotel. Second, i as disappointed that the behavior of the second staff showed that the hotel only care the current customer but did not give a helping hand to the future customer. Staff here is selfish and money oriented.

酒店早餐款不多每日基本一樣。 Sap 體驗一般，收費貴,宣傳單上寫free 面膜，做完係沒有敷！ 酒店職員大部分很有禮貌。

I was sick at the trip , trying so hard to looking for the convenience store to buy the medicine ,which all the front deak managers and bellboy were so helpful and try to direct me where i should and buy . Also, they have bathroom and restroom at 4th , so that i can take shower after i arrived hotel before the room is available for us. We supposed to book the Premier King room with ocean view , but they gave us the small view room . After that , we reported to the frontdesk , they rearragned the ocean view room to us immediately . Their response were very polite and quick . Liberty Central which is very clean and neat hotel with a very reasonable room rate for the ocean view room . I love the view of the ocean view room . Location is also good too . close to downtown and night market . I recommend all traveler can stay in this hotel.

a good location hotel
room is spacious but due to very low floor i was given, the view was blocked. There is a construction site with workers working on the roof which is just opposite my window, i basically cant get any sea view over the day. I booked a non-smoking room but there was smell inside my room. I requested to change but after rounds of discussions on date of arrival and the next day, the staff gave various reasons to decline .... The hotel though was built only 1-1/2 yrs, attention and maintenance are needed especially carpet and dustbin on guest floors are far from appealing. Lots of chinese visitors gathering at the hotel reception are very noisy. Breakfast quality is o.k. and there are enough varieities, but personnels are not customer-orientated. The sky bar gives a very nice view at night and i would suggest guests should pay a visit.
