「They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. 「Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back.
