「Kami pesan kamarnya type double tp ternyata sampai disana diganti type twin.akhirnya oleh pihak hotel diupgrade mjd superior triple.kamarnya bagus dan besar sih cm agak byk semutnya aja.lainnya not badlah.recommended」

「Stayed one night at Royal Shanaya Villa, 3 bedroom. Loved the luxurious bed and private pool. It was clean and in great condition. The grounds of the property are amazing. The shuttle was quite fun! Contra: the river could be cleaned up. There is construction next to our villa.」

「The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.」

「Book 3 room’s for my family ,Check in fast and easy the front desk crew very nice and friendly and all the staff very friendly and always smiles.the breakfast is really good lot’s foods options to choose and all good and yummy 😃😃I definitely coming back stay in this hotel again but I will make early reservations so I can get the room in the first floor which is have dirrect access to the swimming pool from the room balcony 」
