"I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean spa. Absolutely fantastic relaxing it was and at a reasonable price.all I can say is I wished I stopped there longer.😔."

The room attendants – for being exceptionally efficient, attentive, and caring. The General Manager and his colleagues – for their personal attention, with a special mention for their active involvement in organizing the Onam Sadya. Excellent value for money – the overall experience, from the suite to the service and dining, far exceeded our expectations and offered a truly premium experience. If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to give the property a slight facelift—a little maintenance upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. "Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction."
