Went away for our wedding anniversary. Greeted by really lovely and friendly staff, we arrived at 12.30 and popped in to find out if we needed to register our car, we were told our room was actually ready and able to check in early which was a bonus. They explained how everything worked and we booked a slot in the pool for later in the afternoon. Upon entering the room we were very impressed with the size of it and the volume of storage. Plenty of tea and coffee, and a little fridge too. My husband then went off to use the gym before we went for a swim, the pool is lovely and warm and the surroundings very clean. Anytime we passed the reception team they were friendly and checked with us that everything was ok and if we needed anything to just ask. Parts of the hotel are a little old and outdated, but it didn't make it feel any less nice. We used the bar facilities on a few occasions, the bar staff are nice and friendly and bar prices are pretty reasonable. There is a lovely lounge area to enjoy your drinks, including a little terrace looking out along the cliffs and sea. In the lounge is a TV which you are able to use as you please. We had no issues whilst staying here, we were able to use the pool numerous times in the day due to it being quieter. We had a walk around the outdoor areas, and we're pleasantly surprised with how much there is to do for families. We will definitely be returning in the summer of "24" with our children, we feel they would absolutely love it here.

Lovely 2 night stay- the staff were excellent & welcoming. The whole building & layout was tired & in need of renovation & modernisation but over all clean & spacious. Very much tailored for families.

Had the best week in Cornwall and the hotel just added to the enjoyment. The pool was great to come back to after lots of walking around. Staff all excellent.

In line with 3 star hotels, great property for families. They should invest in airconditioner's as it is only going to get hotter throughout summer

We stayed here after my mothers funeral in Cornwall so weren’t particularly in the holiday mood. But we were impressed with the amount of things they had going on for the kids. The room was great as were the choices on the breakfast buffet. But not much choice for evening food so we ate out both nights. Would definitely go again.

Very welcome stay

The staff of the hotel was super friendly and welcoming. The place has a great fun park,outdoor pool with the slide, and this awesome little maze for kids, which will leave parents thankfull. Children enjoyed outdoor and indoor swimming pool, with a steam room for adults and +14, including breakfast which was very nice. I would say, very a great hotel to go with a family. All the guest were very respectful to each other. We enjoyed our stay in this place. P.S staff super lovely saying that we can stay here all day and use the facilities after we signed out.

Beautiful area

Great staff place was clean ,but very dated and needed new sheets and towels. It’s in a great area there’s a beautiful walk to the beach. The restaurant staff were great food was okay .
