It was really hard to get in touch with anyone as far as customer service goes, and when you did they werent the friendliest. Also my bathroom could have been cleaned better before i checked in.. The place wasn't completely terrible, but I wouldn't go back.

The worst hotel I ever stood in!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this hotel to no one I know or others looking for a place to stay. The room is nothing like the pictures that is posted on the site. The room smells so bad that we had to buy spray and plug ins just it can have a decent smell and still that didn’t work . My clothes and everything else I had smell like the room which wasn’t a pleasant smell at all. They don’t even provide extra towels or toilet tissue so I had to go out my way and purchase extra towels and whatever else the room didn’t provide.

This was the worst place I’ve ever booked for my family and self!!! The place isn’t at all updated!! Rooms smell like a box of cigarettes and an awful scent spray they try to cover the smell with. When we got there after a long drive we booked a double bed room they said on their end that’s not was noted down I should Kyiara my reservation and said oh well! She wasn’t helpful at all we try looking forward other hotels in the area but everything was completely booked. I stressed to her that we drove from far away and my kids were super tired and where are they suppose to sleep. I had to go but air mattress bedding pillows to accommodate ourself in the tiny room. Since they couldn’t even provide that being they messed up on the booking. I asked to speak to a manager and kyiara refused to direct me to her manager or anyone above higher power. The place seems like a halfway home. In back of the building seems like sketchy stuff be going on. Lots of drug users staying in this hotel not family friendly dirty stinking and you have to bring your own toilets tissue towels etc. also cant stress enough the creepy crawlers on the walls. Instead of a hotel this is more like an apartment building beware!! Don’t let the pictures fool you this place is the worst don’t stay at all. Horrible horrible horrible!! They did the same thing to my sister who booked with me.

The service upon entry was great. We had a peaceful stay in a very nice corner room. Room was clean and smelt good when we got there though we did not get any housekeeping the entire time we were there. Property is well managed, no smell of smoke or dirt lingering around and we had all amenities needed for a long stay. Great bargain, In town suites will be my new way of traveling!

Unprofessional

First of all the property attendant never picks up his phone when you need him the most. I was stranded outside for a hour 2 nights in a row because he wouldn’t pick up the phone to give me my key. Very unprofessional. Also my license plate tags got stolen there. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Overall stay was ok, however there was a large stain in the restroom on the floor also towel bar was hanging off the wall. I was told that it was my only room and I could accept or go to another hotel. Of course I could not since I booked through hotels.com
