Lovely place in quiet setting with just the sound of the ocean waves to lull us to sleep. Hospitable and attentive staff. Comfortable room with expansive view to ocean. Guest rooms in different corners of the lodge to give privacy. Generous breakfast. Pathway directly to beautiful beach. Would stay again if back in Newport area.

Hotel is very clean and staff are very gracious and helpful. We stayed in blue room and temperature management in room was a little tricky with fluctuations in temperature outside. Shower is open and very close to tub so with placement of head made for a sadly awkward shower in a beautiful space. No door to shower also made it quite cold as the bathroom is so large it didn't steam up very quickly. While the bathroom is beautiful, it was not a great shower. Bed, chairs and all else were very comfortable and great spot on the beach!

The room was beautiful. Wonderful ocean view and patio to sit on. Clean and updated. Bathroom was very nice with a great shower. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious.(we were asked about any dietary needs upon check-in) Staff was helpful and friendly. We were delighted to find complimentary wine tasting in the evening. Overall it was a lovely stay for the two nights we were there.

Our stay was the coziest experience I’ve had in a while. We loved our room, being near the ocean, the fire pit for s’mores, and vegetarian breakfasts cooked fresh in the morning. I loved feeling taken care of with little details to make our stay nice, yet no one bugged us for anything and we felt so chill and at ease at this property. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean House! The place is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The location is great and everything felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests and maintaining the property. We truly enjoyed our time here and it made our trip even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room has an amazing view! The room I stayed in was well decorated and the bathtub was so relaxing. The staff was very helpful and check-in and out was easy. The 4-star is due to the quality of food. Breakfast was not that great, portions were small, cold or undercooked. The muffin or cookies that were set out were stale. There are better breakfast at most of the travel hotels. I just have higher expectations from a B&B. Enjoy the room and maybe plan to get breakfast at some of the many great local cafes.
