"This hotel has terrible customer service from front desk staff to management. They never cleaned the room… guests are not a priority. I don’t recommend this motel. 100 Thumbs down! "

"I was never able to step foot on the property due to my flight being canceled. I reached out to the front desk when I realized I wouldn't make it to Atlanta. Chez advised me that they could check me out 03/09/2026 and that I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd night. Yet another rep Jada popped into the same chat and said the room would be checked out tomorrow 3/10/2026. It's just bad customer service added on top of an already bad situation. I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days before my flight to Atlanta was canceled and when I finally get a flight back home to Wisconsin my luggage was still on the plane to Atlanta! This hotel mishap was the icing on the cake. I will never book with them or recommend them to anyone."
