「A very clean room and bathroom. Room amenities were good, apart from only having 1 bed pillow each which wasn’t to our liking. If staying at this property, perhaps recommend staying on 1st floor as our room was ground floor and the noise from upstairs guests was very loud - not much in terms of sound insulation. Room door and lock didn’t seem very secure or sturdy - perhaps this can be improved. Quite a significant gap between door and frame meaning noise, draft and light came through gaps. The...

「You'll need a car to get around as it's in the middle of nowhere. I'm a type of traveller who needs space so go for the Comfort room if you're the same. Room was adequate for a 3 star hotel so wasn't expecting much but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Very freshly made especially in batch as they don't allow hot food to sit there to get soggy. My friend may write a review complaining about staff not able to make a mocha so if you see that then ignore her comments. She isn't classy and doesn't...

「Characterful property in open countryside with good free parking. A car is needed for getting about as no immediate public transport (40 minute walk to nearest bus stop). Set in lovely grounds with seating outside for warmer days and plenty inside when it isn't so nice. Large room with bath and shower though minmal sockets and not near bed. Good for relaxing and not being distracted by phones. There was an event on the evening we stayed but music stopped by 11pm. Great for a relaxing break. 」

「Great property. There is a small check in desk just behind the bar area. Staff at check were super friendly. Room clean and spacious and super king size bed really comfortable. We had a room for 3-4 so had a super king size and then a single bed in the room. Would definitely use again when in the area. O my downsize was it’s quite costly for a pub hotel at £125. 」
