A little gem in the centre of Sunderland

Very comfortable stay, good comfy beds and spotless clean and very well equipped kitchen and the little bonus of some tea and coffee supplies on arrival , Easy access and communication on arrival from the owner Ideal location and free parking minutes from the city centre and the metro Would definitely recommend and stay here again

A well appointed cottage, conveniently located for Sunderland City centre and other locations we needed to be near. Very clean on arrival with hand sanitiser bottles and disinfectant wipes provided. Easy to park outside and the added bonus of arriving back late one evening to find a hedgehog in the front garden
