This website is a scam customer service is absolutely terrible definitely not happy with the way I have been treated.

Great views of the Millennium Bridge and a good central location. Apartment was not clean enough. Floors around the furniture and drapes were dusty. False eyelash on the floor. Crockery needed to be washed prior to use and cracked items need replacing. Cushions on sofa need to be cleaned. Furniture was dusty. Bedding was clean.
