They allowed us to check in early- with no fee. Staff was so kind and quick thinking when we got there. Our toddler stated she needed to use the restroom and the woman at the front desk gave my husband a key to the bathroom ASAP- even before we checked in. Hotel was clean- EVERYWHERE!! Very happy ...

Good stay in clean basic room. No windows in lounge was a bit odd, but had all facilities and clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin so could hear those around you but ok. Didn’t interact with staff at all but plenty there if needed. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, etc & close to skiing
