Good service for the shuttle bus

Hotel room is old and small but neat . Rental car is on time and service is good. For an overnight stay passenger to the airport. It is a bargain.

You have got to be kidding me! This hotel is permanently closed!! Hotels.com is well aware of this as I called from the vacant parking lot when we arrived! These pictures are very outdated - I am shocked to even get this survey sent to me! WTH is wrong with you all?

The hotel was absolutely the filthiest hotel we have every stayed in. n Walking across the room in my white sock made the bottoms totally black. No pool - closed no dining - closed no breakfast The hotel staff was uninvolved at best Should have known at check-in when a checkout couple was complaining about so many issues. Transportation to the airport was OK Bathroom was disgusting We regularly stay at Wyndom hotels and this was an anomaly but in Newark - stay somewhere/anywhere else!

I needed a place for the night due to a flight cancellation and this was the closest thing to the airport by a reputable company (Wyndham) that was available. I can't believe the Wyndham name was associated. There were warning signs about Constuction (please pardon our mess during upgrades), but there was more going on than that. The room was hot because for some reason the heat was on, there were no towels in the restroom, when I called the desk there was no answer, when I walked downstairs to the desk there were no guests just staff talking and the one to actually help me was the shuttle bus driver, I got back upstairs to find out that the shower didn't work anyway so I used the paper cup to rinse off because between the flight issues and then this, I ws just over the day altogether,
