SMH!!!

Rm215 door wouldn’t close properly (had to slam it shut) door was cracked open upon arrival to the room!!(smh) their was 3 used washcloths hanging in the bathroom(smh) had to use towel to wash!!! 😞

Unacceptable in cleanliness

The shower curtain in the bathroom looked like never been clean. Shower head had grimy stuff where the water flows. The tub was chipped. Hole in the wall. Mold in the ice bucket. For a covid situation unacceptable. I thought we have evolved by now. I guess staff needs training. I would never stay here again. Going back to the Marriott

worst pick ever!

This hotel is nothing like the pictures! The rooms are dingy and they stink! Not to mention you have to ask for linen and then return it to the seat when done! Have you ever heard of such a thing? Also I messed up my bumper in the parking lot due to so many pot holes!

My quiet work place

My stay was for paperwork that i had to get done in a quiet place and this was perfect place for that it was very clean the only problem I had was the bathroom light it wouldn't stop blinking and never came on other than that i totally recommend staying there the staff was great also and location was great by bus

RUN AWAY

The hotel is filthy. There was some homeless boy there harassing me .shower was leaking..air conditioner was leaking..There were metal rails poking o from inder the bed rhat both my niece & son ran into & the manager lies about my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

No towels at all. No cable tv services at my stay. A/C is too small and old. All lightings were unplugged.

It was an over all bad experience terrible service no towels in bathroom door wouldn’t lock had to put a recliner chair and desk in front of door very unsecured. Tv didn’t work asked front desk for help. Refused to help. Opened room door with master key and walked in on my fiancé and I. Will never return to property.

The doors don't lock from the outside even without the key you can still get in the room so you can't leave your things in there. I only felt safe when it was deadbolted from the inside. They had no garbage can so i had to take all my garbage out with me when i left. They had no washcloth and on top of that i had to wash up with facial soap. This is one of the worst places i stayed at in a long time will never go back again.

Good location! Poor conditions/cleanliness

The service is very nice. The young man at the front desk, actually both of the gentlemen are very kind & accommodating but the condition of the rooms is disgusting. The location of this hotel is SO convenient but the condition really is very bad. The smell, the dirty windows, dust on everything in the room ( which indicates not being cleaned), never EVER any towels, once no toilet tissue. I would suggest budgeting the best way to immediately have the following performed in every room: Carpets shampooed Detailed cleaning of room Cleaning of windows & sliding doors Wash window/door curtains or replace Get supplies! i.e shower curtains ( never any there), towels, TOWELS, tissue, soap, shampoo conditioner, hand lotion. Fully sanitize each room. You can smell the filth.

Horrible experience want refund

They had to switch my room due to some of the tvs not working then when i got settled in a new room went to use the bathroom and they had about an inch of water backed up in on the floor from the sink. I told the front desk and they said they had no more rooms and couldnt refund.
