"Arrived at 3am due to airline flight cancellation. Had reservation check-in later that day. Wanted to check in bags and possibly sit at hotel until check-in. Front desk female clerk was rude in saying that since we were not a guest, we COULD NOT STAY there and would not let us check in bags. She was afraid that manager would get mad at her for allowing this. We were told to leave the lobby and sit OUTSIDE. After some time, the kind shuttle driver took us back to the airport where we stayed until later that afternoon. Hotel is isolated in location to places to eat within walking distance. Uber ride is about $20 to Wendy's. Would choose different location."
