The staff were all incredibly friendly, rooms were always clean when we came back to it after a day of exploring the city! The breakfast buffet was also really good with loads of options! Would definitely recommend as it is also in a really good location with nearby sights to see!

I have stayed at this hotel chain in Frankfurt and Nuremberg. This hotel was excellent. The rrom was spacious, clean and inviting. The staff was exceptional. The hotel was within easy walking distance to attractions, the Theater District and restaurants. We will book here again and again.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is not overly friendly, but that’s also how people in NYC are. The rooms are very small which is also typical of NYC. Great hot water pressure in the shower. I just wish the bathroom had a fan. I would give this place 7.5/10.

Such a beautiful hotel. The Christmas decoration at the hotel made this trip feel so festive for us would definitely be returning to this stay in future trips. Fantastic location at a fair price. We booked a superior room and found there was plenty of space. Location is amazing. There is a bus stop right there to take you down Madison to Museum Row ($3) and you can walk one block to 5th for a bus to Battery Island. Front desk and staff were helpful and not too pushy for tips. We were able to leave bags after checkout as we had a late flight. Getting there from JFK for the budget traveler was easy. Airtran to Jamaica Station ($8.75/pp) and then Long Island Railroad to Grand Central ($5.75/pp). Took about 40 mins. Then walk 4 blocks from 42nd to 38th which was not too tricky.
