A decent hotel near Central Park and The Dakota. The room was very small, needed a few updates and minor repairs. Elevators are small. Otherwise, it was good.

The best this property has its the staff, they are all very friendly and nice. Appart from that its not that goodā€¦ perfect location but it only has one elevator for the whole hotel, the breakfast aint that good and the juice machine didnt work for most of my stayā€¦ the bathroom was dirty when i arrived and was extra smallā€¦ once i asked for toilet paper and it never arrivedā€¦ they inly cleaned my room once in the whole week i stayed thereā€¦.

The hotel was conveniently located adjacent to Central Park. Got lucky and found free all day/overnight on street parking next to hotel. Standard breakfast though the rosemary potatoes were definitely outstanding! Only complaint was the size of the room though we were aware going in to it. Bathroom is tiny. This is a good option if looking for a place to sleep and don't care about amenities. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
