Great location!

I had an amazing corner unit and view of the cityscape. The place is a little old and dusty and not well maintained. But the location and price made up for a lot.

I was familiar with the neighborhood. We stayed at this location years ago when we were finishing van apartment renovation in am adjacent neighborhood. The problem this visit was that the room was lacking basic conveniences of se ice at this level of price.

For $200 a night the bath sink was clogged, leak/stain above the bed and blue tape holding up the bath light cover and a unfinished drywall repair In the bathroom.

The property was filthy, rats all over the parking area. And in the middle of my stay, the hotel was converted to a homeless shelter with security guards at the front entrance. Horrible experience.

No room/cleaning service. No one came by the room to replce bed sheets or do any cleaning every day. Room was dirty, found old underwear by club chair. Furniture are old, falling apart. Windows are not secured, anyone can easily break into the room through the window.

They don't have elevator from ground floor to the first floor which is a hastle if you have alot of baggage. The area around the hotel is sketchy. The condition of the property is not well maintained. Shower pressure was horrible. Was not assigned the promised room on my reservation.

very disappointing

I stayed before at this hotel because of the location but this time everything looked old outdated and dirty. The mattress on the bed was stained and dirty and the carpet on the floor looked like was not vacuumed for days. the carpet on the hallways was so dirty you were afraid to step on it not to catch anything Very disappointing.

This property canceled my reservation leaving us stranded in New York, never answered the phone when I tried calling to say our plane was delayed. Had to find another place to stay because they are terribly unhelpful. Place was completely dirty with a very low C rating. Now they won’t refund me for a now show because they never answer the phone when me or Expedia call. Again this place is horrible.

This hotel is the disrepair. It has a musty terrible smell, like stale cigarettes. But it non smoking. The linen on the bed seemed like they have never been changed. There were towels in the bathroom. The room temperature could be adjusted. This was an emergency trip for and I was falling on my face with exhaustion, otherwise I would have left. I slept on top of the sheets with all my clothes on and prayed very very hard that I would not get bed bugs. Woke up at 4:50am and was out the door. Truly beware.

Nothing to like. Terrible service, dirty rooms, none of the amenities work. Only light in room is broken - Shower is broken. Reception kept brushing us off when we asked for things to be fixed and said they don't have any replacements. I booked two rooms including parking on the property and breakfast. They said they had no spot for parking and we should park on the street metered parking if we wanted. They also said they decided not to serve breakfasts to guests anymore! Total disaster and it should be shut down.

Would definitely not recommend it. The room was super smelly and the carpet was gross, the bathroom was not clean and the shower was impossible to figure out. The card keys would work just once and we had to get new ones every time we wanted to get in the room. They were supposed to give us breakfast, but “because of covid” they didn’t and didn’t even give us vouchers for a place to have it. The staff was ok, but not friendly or helpful. Definitely not what we expected (and we were not expecting much either).
