There is no reply from calling to the front desk, and the drape usually cannot work. Also, the traffic there is really bad and messy.

Great location! The rooms are a bit small and have very limited drawer and closet space, but are quite nice otherwise. The bar area is very busy throughout the day and we noticed tables frequently weren’t bussed. But what a wonderful location!

It is right in the heat of the action of Times Square. We also walked very comfortably to Central Park and The Empire State Building. Amazing staff and locations. Room is great and very comfortable.

This place is all about that sleek, modern look that just screams NYC chic. It’s like you step in and bam – you’re hit with these awesome views that’ll have you snapping pics day and night. Super comfy and stylish rooms, with windows that show off the city like a live painting. And talk about being in the middle of the action – it’s like New York’s best stuff is your next-door neighbor. Broadway shows, killer shopping, and all those famous spots are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. FYI the will charge you $34.95 each day as a destination charge, apparently is NY common hotel fee. So, if you’re hitting up New York and want a place that’s as cool and connected as you are, Tempo by Hilton is a great option to the ultimate city experience.

Tempo is right at Times square and ideally situated for those who want to see Manhattan. There is lots to see close by and numerous transportation options to get you to other parts of New York city. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay!

This property had a great location in the middle of Time Square. Was lively, but quiet for sleeping. Was walkable to many things, subway located right below the hotel and felt the hotel was secure. You never had to wait long for an elevator. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Had modern amenities within the room, many hooks for towels, spacious shower with pressure and ample hot water. Provided soap, body cream, shampoo and conditioner.

Loved the proximity to Times Square and Broadway shows. The concierge staff and doormen were extremely friendly and helpful. The guest room was comfortable and clean. We would stay at this hotel again. Only small issue we had was with a front desk clerk when we went to check in after 3 pm. He advised us that check in wasn’t until 4 and we would have to come back. Our Expedia reservation said our check in was 3 pm. Travel days are long and we would have appreciated if the check in time between Expedia and the hotel matched.

The hotel was fantastic. Very close to everything and the subway is right around the corner. Staff was very friendly. The property is very clean. The only issue was my room was not made up the first day. I asked the desk to make sure housekeeping came by the next morning before I left for the day and they did. I had a wonderful stay!!! I will be back.
