",aWe booked Two Tails Hotel for a last-minute 3-day layover in Taipei to reunite with my sister after 6 years, and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
Although it’s outside the busy Ximending area, the value was outstanding. We added breakfast, and every meal was delicious, healthy, and beautifully presented—my favorite was the fresh beet juice served daily.
The location is unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to St. Ignatius High School MRT Station, making it easy to explore Taipei. Even better, the building itself has FamilyMart, Coco Ichibanya, several Japanese restaurants, MUJI, and UNIQLO, so everything we needed was just an elevator ride away.
Our room was cozy, spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful city view. We also loved relaxing in the cozy lobby after sightseeing. The free soft-serve ice cream was a huge hit with my kids!
The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Toby kindly checked us in early when our room was ready and later helped organize and store our 10+ pieces of luggage. On checkout day, another manager graciously extended our checkout until 1 PM because my son wasn’t feeling well. Tim and the breakfast team were also warm, attentive, and welcoming.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent service, fantastic location, great amenities, and incredible value for families. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Two Tails Hotel, for making our reunion trip even more memorable!
