"Air conditioning didn’t work, TV didn’t work. We called for a technician and nobody ever came. We used the valet parking and the car was scratched and a rim was scratched. Location was actually scary as was all of New Orleans. I won’t ever go back. Terrible hotel in a terrible town."

"Last night had to leave early because of power outage no lights in my room no a/c had to leave 11 hrs before I wanted to . I thought they had back up generators for incident like what happened on July 3 . Hopefully the will reimburse but anyway fars as that good place to stay"
