「The Marsh suited my needs perfectly as a solo traveler, it was quiet and accessible, great communication as needed, and friendly onsite staff. It's a simple and clean place with cute decor, and nice patio to hang out if desired. Close to the St. Charles streetcar and a lovely cafe nearby as well. I will definitely stay here again!」

「GREAT location. We felt very safe. There is a street car stop right on the corner. The hotel is within walking distance of French Quarter. Dining options are also within walking distance. Our room was nice and our beds were confortable.We loved the pool and enjoyed the breakfast and the evening kickbak daily -- There was always a nice selection of food.and beverages. The hotel staff was very friendly and most accomadating. We would most definately reccommend this hotel to friends and family. 」

「This hotel is all about location. walking distance to everything you want to experience about French Quarter.--- Fresh Market, Frenchmen Street (which I loved- music, dancing, great restaurants). 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
