The apartment was lovely. Spacious rooms. However there weren't enough towels for everyone there and we were told it could take 24 hrs to get towels.
We had plumbing issues that were not fixed during our stay. One sink had no water coming out in the bathroom and one of the toliet we had to fill up manually with a pot in order for it to flush. We contacted Sonder on the day we arrived and no one could help us. On our final day at 11:30 am a plumber showed up lol how ridiculous. The hot water didn't work in the kitchen until the last day we were there so washing dishes was tough.
It's a nice place I would stay again as long as the plumbing issues were fixed

This property was much better than expected. Was spacious, Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We were there for only 1 night but I now know where to stay when I return. The only thing I would suggest are full length mirrors. There are none.

We visited New Orleans to celebrate my son'birthday with a group of seven people. Upon arriving at the accommodation, I immediately noticed the smell of marijuana throughout the hallways, which was concerning since this was advertised as a non-smoking property. Inside the condo, the smell was pervasive.
I was also disappointed to find only four towels provided for our party of seven, despite clearly stating our group size in advance. When I checked the sofa bed, there were no blankets or pillows available. I contacted Sonder about these issues, and they promised to deliver the missing items the following day, which they did. The next few night we all continued to smell marijuana , tho they tried hard to cover up the smell

Location is terrible. I had 4 guests and 2 towels . Hard to get in the doors . Did not disclose the tv issue about connecting to chromecast and all the construction around the place.. terrible service no one to call and talk to only chat. Which does no good when no one is available after hours

The property was very well decorated with clean and simple ascetics! It is also conveniently located with in walking distance to restaurants and many other attractions. The washer and dryer was a plus to have. We would have enjoyed having a television at least in the master bedroom. Overall we recommend for the price point, convenience, and cleanliness!!

The locations was great! Walkable to most attractions and the ferry.
I would have liked a guest book with information on what was needed to do for checking out and instructions on things like where trash needed to be taken. Hopefully we did enough to help house keepers.

The fan was broken and no one ever came to fix it. the tv didn't work, again no one ever came the curtains were not closing all the way so all the light was hitting in our faces all night while we were trying to sleep. We called 4 times about this but NO ONE every call or came by. We arrived 2 hours early and we asked if we could check in early. They were quick to respond them and charge us extra for that but where is my reimbursment for the amenities they were lacking. for the basic things that should have been functioning. I didn't get any reimburse or any call about this And when I got their survey and I fist said terrible stay. They close the survey and told me that i would be receiving a follow up email addressing my concerns. Not sure how they would know my concerns when they didn't bother to hear. Well..... its been almost 1 MONTH and I am still waiting for the follow up email.

The location I stayed while has no parking listed… which scared me before booking… was actually very available. The room was spacious and clean, the mobile app support is great. The price is great for what I needed.
Only problem in the room was the water pressure of the shower faucet; outside the elevator’s “ding” of the floor is very loud you can hear it in your room
Otherwise I really like my stay. This is my first Sonder stay and I’ll definitely put them into consideration for future trips

Water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen sink for the hot water were very low, almost non existant. Bad smell in the hallways. The refrigerator in the kitchen did not work at all during my entire stay. I was told that they would have someone to bring a mini fridge in place of fixing the large refrigerator and they never brought it over. I called several times to have it replaced and after being told they were coming, they never showed up for my entire 5 day stay. I lost groceries and had to spend unexpected money eating out. I want even able to keep leftovers from the expensive restaurants because i had no way of refrigerating them. It was 4 travelers in total and this issue ended up costing us over $1000 in lost groceries and food expenses for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all 5 days, 4 nights. I was offered $300 on day 2 and the promise of the miny fridge that day. When that didn't happen, i called bank on day 3 and was told that the fridge was on the way. By day 4 we had spent more than the $300 offered and asked that they compensate us further. I was told that they would talk to a team member and get back to me which never happened. When i called again on day 5 i was told via text that the $300 was enough and they hope i return to the property in the future so that they can give me a better experience. I am still waiting to speak to someone in management and was told it could take 48 hours before management calls me. Overall, i am unhappy and will never return.
