「The penthouse is a great room, no it's a small apartment!; a fantastic space, well equipped with abundant and great facilities and it has a fantastic terrace with break-taking views. However, it is looking quite tired and there were a few issues, i.e. the freezer wasn't working, so we couldn't make ice. The wine fridge also wasn't working. A couple of lamps need bulbs replacing and the blind doesn't work in the bathroom. 」

「Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt 」

「The room is on the 2nd floor , it is too small for a family, no table , no teeth brush , no hairdryer and shower gel provided . The stairs are too steep, quite dangerous if you have baby with you. My friend lived on 1 st floor , there is no bathroom inside the room, shared bathroom is outside, they didn’t realize that when they booked the room. 」
