「This was my first trip traveling alone with my kids and the staff was so kind and helpful with information during breakfast and getting us extra supplies during our stay.」

「服务员很热情很耐心！很好！我很喜欢！」

「The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good with a lot of options but we just couldn’t overlook the room. The towel rack in the bathroom was badly rusted and disgusting. The entire room smelled musty, not sure if it was the carpet or the dated fabric chair or maybe both but my allergies were insane and it smelled bad. We ended up leaving a couple days earlier than planned.」

「Clean room nice breakfast」

「房间很久 价格也不便宜 有异味 地毯 椅子很胀」

「Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.」

「This is an older facility that seems to be getting remodeled. It was much better than I expected from reading older reviews. The staff were more than helpful, accommodating an unusual request from us with enthusiasm.」
