I have stayed at Reflections before but this faculty was below standard. .We arrived late, and received a note of welcome , keys and a map , 1st night I wasn't told the ensuite was at the back of the room, so we didn't know. I seldom wrote hotel review, but I couldn’t helped this times. The hotel was the dirtiest one I ever stayed, worst than a motel on the side of the highway where you stayed for a nite for convenience. Almost everything was broken, the shower & the towel handles came off when you touched them.
