「The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. 「We had a very comfortable stay, just a little problem with the faucet, the attendant came quickly to check it out and to have to change our room, the room was cleaned every day, and the overall feeling was still very good!」
