"Room was fairly clean, had to spot clean a few things and noticed a lot of dirt in the corners of floors. Everything looked pretty new, so just needs better upkeep. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Rooms don’t have hair dryers like listed, they have one at the desk that you have to borrow. No room service, they don’t mention that or have any instructions. Had to ask at desk for more towels and they told me then that you have to return towels to the desk to get more. Cheap and good enough though if you are okay with no frills. Maybe some of these things are normal for the “extended stay” places. "

"The room was very clean. The bathroom was a little small, but not a big deal. The staff was excellent. They were super helpful and very kind. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was good. "

"I like the location the rooms need updating, our bathtub wasn't cleaned properly hair was still in shower and a ring was around the tub. The coffee maker was there with a old dried up filter in it, The dispensers in bathroom weren't in right spot the shower gel was on sink no soap bars .The shower head is disgusting need cleaning and to top it off the elevators stopped working A lot of updating needed in this spot"

"Breakfast staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were pleasant despite working under stressful conditions. Reception staff was also excellent at registration and check out. First rate. The only complaint was that there was no room cleaning even though we were only there for two nights. At least empty garbage and make beds! Otherwise, pleasant stay."
