I left the do not disturb sign on the door so that no one would come into the room. Not only did they come into the room my cologne disappeared from one of my bags that I left in the room. I didn't realize until I was checked out and a ways down the road, but I had to turn around and go back and ask the staff. One of them gave it to me but I'm sure it was in my bag and not just lying around.

There was black mold all over the ceiling and the door had an inch gap large enough for a small rodent to enter. We did not stay the night. Should have been given a refund.

Our room was clean and spacious. It had all the basic things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The Hotel grounds were great for our dog with spacious pet and child playing areas. Landscapping was welcoming and well maintained.

Absolutely filthy mold in bathroom, refrigerator kitchen area. Paint peeling everywhere. TV didn’t work. This place is an absolute dump and a total waste of money. I’m reporting this place to the local health department.

From lower room you could hear every footstep upstairs until 1 or 2 in the morning. Bugs in the bathroom. Furnishings were worn and old. The pictures in their ad are not reality!

Hotel is definitely dated but had all the amenities I needed for a 3 day work trip. My only complaint is the gentleman that checked me in kept doing these big burps and couldn’t even say excuse me.

It is not a Family Vacation hotel to stay at. People live there year round & the grounds are in terrible shape. The staff/ front did not speak English very well. We paid for a deluxe room with small kichten & Dish / cookware; when asked for dishes & cookware, the staff scrambled around to give us plates, pans & bowls from their private kichten.. He gave us plastic silverware, which is ok but! He grabbed it all without a glove on or washing his hands... It took 2 days to get items & We chose to not use any of the items & ate out all week, which was more expensive for a family of 4, instead of preparing to cook most of week.. very unhappy with this hotel it is not as described and should be removed from the hotel sites....

The room was very dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and then marijuana smoke when we opened windows. This affected my son's asthma badly. There was hair on my sheets. Dog barking most of the night.
