"Room was spacious and comfortable, lighting was on the dark side but with the windows open during the day it was more than bright enough. I love that the rooms are cleaned as requested. Made it really speedy when we needed the room cleaned."

We have stayed here a few times because of the kind staff, clean rooms, and convenient location to Downtown Crossing, Faneuil Hall, the North End, the Commons, and the TD Garden. Love this place!"

"This hotel is both beautiful and ideally located for exploring central Boston. The staff are all super friendly. Coffee shop is great and the cocktails in the bar are delicious. I also love the little "library room" off the hotel lobby where my friend and I had our coffee and chatted surrounded by books and beautiful accoutrements."
