Everything was awesome except two things: In our unit, one room was terribly cold and secondly, the whole unit had poor ventilation so it was smelling bad due to washroom. For unknown reason, washroom kept stinking all the time.

L'hôtel est mignon et typique des Cappadoces, très bien situé car près du centre à pied. Le personnel est adorable. Par contre, le taux d'humidité dans les chambres est très élevé, salle de bain sans fenêtre et qui sentais en permanence le moisie et l'humidité... Chambre avec fuite d'eau. Très très mal insonorisé, ce qui en fait un hôtel bruyant. Vraiment dommage ! Car très jolie vue sur quelques montagnes cheminée.

I'm leaving a review of my short stay in Korea. The hotel manager was very friendly, and the cave-style room was a unique and different experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's elevated location meant we didn't have to climb up to the observatory to enjoy the hot air balloon view in the morning. The manager was always attentive and cared for us until we returned home safely, which was very impressive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for your service.

Amazing cave experience. Easy to find with GPS, plenty of parking on site. Located right in the heart of Goreme. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and some attractions but I would recommend renting a car to explore the area. Hot air balloons were passing by right over the hotel! Over my head! Great rooftop terrace with some food and drink options. The room felt humid and hot just like the cave, no AC, but open the door to ventilate and it's fine. Breakfast was great, good selection. Lots of hills and stairs, be prepared!

Le foto delle camere presenti sui principali siti di prenotazione sono fuorvianti. La realtà è ben diversa. Sapevamo che la camera sarebbe stata "dentro la roccia" ma non aspettavamo un livello di comfort così basso per una sistemazione pagata tra l'altro come Deluxe.Molto buia, con solo una piccola finestra che dà su un'entrata che serve come deposito per il personale delle pulizie, quindi un gran disordine di roba accatastata permanentemente davanti all'ingresso della camera. Nella camera, dove è sempre presente un odore di chiuso e di umidità, ci sono tappeti e un divano, assolutamente inutili nonché ricettacoli di polvere, sporcizia e cattivo odore. All'interno non ci sono lampadari ma solo poche luci fioche. La pulizia scarsa. Abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel in Turchia e tutti erano più puliti. Qui la pulizia giornaliera consiste solo nel cambiare gli asciugamani e svuotare i cestini. Non hanno mai pulito il bagno. E la camera non era pulita nemmeno all'arrivo. Non esistono sedie o sgabelli per mettere i bagagli, né armadi, attaccapanni o ganci, nemmeno in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani (salvo un termo-arredo). In bagno non ci sono appoggi se non una minuscola mensola sopra al lavandino. L'aria condizionata scarica l'acqua direttamente sul pavimento del bagno. Dalle pareti di roccia "nuda" cadono pezzi di ghiaia e polvere su letto e comodini. Manca il mini-frigo. Manca il televisore. La colazione inizia alle 8,30, troppo tardi. Gradini rotti nelle aree comuni.

The staff Ali and Rostam were incredibly friendly and courteous, making us feel very welcome from the start. However, we didn’t complete our full stay as the bathroom is designed as a wet room, and was smaller than expected. The layout caused the entire area including the toilet to get wet after showering, which made it uncomfortable for us. I think they could improve with up keeping the bathrooms and a redesign. A real shame, as the service was good and the team truly hospitable.

Turan Cappadocia is located in the town center so access to everything is very easy. Right besides the property are shopping stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a few minutes walk to Goreme bus station. The hotel is clean, food for buffet breakfast is delicious and food for dinner is also delicious and the portions are reasonable. All staff are kind and easy to talk to when it comes to requests. On their rooftop, excellent spot to watch the hot air balloons. Highly recommended.

The property is located in heart of Göreme, a central town in Cappadocia, and you can have access easily to so many restaurant and cafes in the city. It is also very close to Goreme open air museum and balloons riding site in Göreme which you will have a nice view from hotel terrace. Unfortunately we didn't have good experience in the hotel because of a few issues. First of all, if you are looking to experience cave staying, skip this hotel which the rooms are very humid with bad odor that makes breathing hard and not probably not healthy. Me and my wife were very excited to sleep in a cave room but that turned out to be a very difficult night. Rooms don't have ventilation and AC and it gets warm with humidity and hard to sleep.

This is excellent location and walk to well lit streets for shopping and eating out. Really lovely cave shaped rooms. Breakfast is included so that’s a plus. Very walkable to bus stops ans you can do most tourist places though public transport bus. Only reason for 4 stars is because of very weak WiFi so you have to come out to call or browse internet (at least the room we had)
