"Great location just a few steps from bus/train stations. Room was clean and staff leave you a bag outside the door daily with free drinks/TP etc…gym was well stocked. Not that much cardio equipment, but otherwise good. Breakfast was solid. Fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt etc..coffee machine was always available for free. Staff really gave a great effort to ensure quests needs were met. "

"Pros - Breakfast was good, rooms clean. Cons - Staff not friendly. Could do with more than 1 coffee and tea per person in our room. Also just 1 still and 1 sparkling water during our whole stay (double room). "

"The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay again. Be advised the heated indoor pool is only open after 2pm. My only disappointment was not being able to swim in the morning, as this was the primary reason I booked this hotel over others. For a fee I was able to use the pool at the larger hotel next door- which was fabulous and had views of the Castle. "
