"Very convenient, and friendly hotel"

"This is a fantastic and beautiful hotel in olde town Limburg! We went at Christmas time, and the Christmas market was right out the front door! The room was large, clean, and very quiet. The bed was super soft and comfortable. The train station is close by. Will definitely stay here, again! "

Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the on-site golf facilities were top-notch. "Warm friendly welcome. Clean and tidy. Room a little dated but clean. Room was too hot for me but opening a window solved that problem. Restaurant food is amazing. Little pricy but really good. Car parking is restricted but it has some which is a good plus. "

"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."
