「Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Das Appartement ist ganz neu renoviert und es ist alles da, was man braucht! Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein tolles Frühstück! 」

「Codes were received in advance for a late check in but the receptionist was still on duty when I arrived around 2030. Everything was fine with the hotel but just to be wary.... On Google maps it stated breakfast included, some breakfast menus had prices listed and some didn't. Thankfully it wasn't a help yourself buffet otherwise I'd paid €15 for a small fixed choice breakfast.」

「The room is very clean and the location is very convenient」

「It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided. The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.」

「Smooth check in experience and the room is spacious and spotless. I had a much better time than I have originally expected. Will recommend to family and friends.」

「Convenient location with excellent amenities」

「房間 光猛整潔 非常舒適而且位置交通方便」

The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

「Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation...

「Leistung und Preis für den Aufenthalt sind ok. Ein Checken ohne Rezeption ist gewöhnungssbedürftig aber ok」
