「Super modern suite, top notch decor and finishing, kitchen was beautifully set up. Quiet location, loved the laundry facility to get caught up. The view is incredible. A nice, 20 minute walk to the small downtown area. 10 minutes (if that) to the cog train and the ferry port.」

「The check-in experience was very frustrating. The hotel charged me again for an amount that I had already paid when I made the reservation. I spent a long time trying to explain and resolve the issue at the property, but it was only after I contacted the hotel’s online customer service that the problem was quickly fixed.
