"Really enjoyed the stay including the late breakfast up to 11am on the weekend. Staff was very friendly even at 3am in the morning and ever ready to help. Loved the room, had a really good sleep. Was very happy with the communal area and endless hot drinks available anytime (self serve)."

"It felt like something out of a horror movie, the elevator would stop as if it might break at any moment. The water in the shower kept switching between hot and cold, giving you sudden cold shocks. The bathroom handle came off in my hand, completely loose. On top of that, the smell from the drain was so strong that I had to run the ventilator all night just to be able to shower in the morning."

"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!"

"Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours. Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite"
