「Ich kam erst nachts an und hatte vergessen einzuchecken. Es gab eine Notfall Hotline und die Dame war super nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal! Insgesamt ein super schickes, sauberes Hotel.」

「Everything’s was great ! Especially love the people working in the hotel who always gave friendly responses to my requests and questions. The location is about 10 minute walk from Erlangen station, with a huge luggage. DM, Muller, bakeries, restaurants, department store and shopping mall are within perimeter. Pretty much convenient for shopping, dining and drinking with friends.」

「Room Service is Good, which stcik to the 15:00 check in policy. Breakfast : only the Coffee is excellent, the breakfast choice is not worthy for 9,50 Euro , very few choice. Cleanness: excellent The room is very clean but very small, and very very noisy, you can hear people talking on the street, noice from downstair restaurant, awfuly noisy. Two things are not satisfied: one is very noisy, the other one is breakfast is extremly simple.」

「接待人員非常細心且熱情，非常棒的飯店.」

「Great service」
