The main problem was the lack of proper kitchen equipment. There were not enough pots and pans provided, which made it difficult to cook meals during the stay. 「I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. 」

「Good hotel as the name says it. The rooms are small and there is nothing inside the room (like kettle, coffee machine, fridge, or bottle of water) if one looks for such complimentary services. There is a garage underneath the hotel. Restaurants and markets nearby.」

「Wir hatten keinen PIN für die Schlüsselbox bekommen und wohl eher Glück, dass vor Ort gerade noch jemand vom Personal anwesend war. Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet. Bad sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Die Kissen sind super zum im Bett sitzen, zum Schlafen leider nicht so toll. Der TV ist fast zu weit weg vom Bett und es sind Radio- und TV-Sender bunt gemischt, so das beim Zappen immer wieder plötzlich Radio statt Fernsehen kommt. Ziemlich ungewöhnlich. Leider keine Fliegengitter, was dazu...

「Location, unparalleled! The room was clean and comfortable, even with a small balcony where we shared wine and cheese after a 6 mile walking day. Staff accommodating, we arrived early by train and by luck our room was ready. As is always the case in these older guest houses the layout is not cookie cutter. We actually had a small dining table and chairs, small fridge (not sure all rooms do), and a comfortable bath. The town was lovely / I am so glad we came.」
