「The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable and amenities were exquisite. All the staff reception and dining, gambling and bar were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived the desk person said we had paid for a higher rated room than had been allocated so they swapped the room. I said we would be leaving early and asked if there was a key box.
