"Didn’t get a clean room,phones were not working to contact front desk,had to stand in line for soo long ti arrange for room clean up.Some staff are ok some were not good at all.Over all I found used towels in our washroom when we check in the cabinets no one cleaned for 2 days not good not bad."

"The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful."
