"Brand new apartment, renovated and clean. Brand new refrigerator. Oven/stove-top, microwave, laundry machine, tea and coffee makers. Owner/manager was responsive to email and phone calls. When we did not know how to operate the stovetop a nice young man appeared within two hours and explained everything. ((We stayed one night at another apartment in Caesarea, and that one was neither clean, nor was the owner available at all -- even when there was no toilet paper. But that's a different...

The only thing we didn’t like was lifting our luggage up the stairs to the rooms..and the dirty look in the alley way outside the inn. Security was good. Check in and out was easy. The apartment is lovely, and in a great location, but it was spoiled by the constant chasing for hidden charges, specifically a 300 shekel cleaning fee that was not made clear when booking. Not only does that seem a lot for a cleaning fee, but the cleaning of the apartment should be included in the price, and if not, made explicitly clear when booking. "

"The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "
