It was grubby with a tiny plastic cubicle for a shower (that worked well ). Area was uninspiring with clubs advertising women and bouncers on the doors ... (unusual in Japan). Car parking was good and the staff were helpful. Water was never replaced. Functional and meh.

Very nice hotel for the price. Close to everything and the train station. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would I stay there again, yes.
